What will my jewelry come in?
Every piece is shipped in a tan jewelry box with a Vegan leather top. We also include a polishing cloth with every order.
How will my order ship? Who is responsible for customs and VAT?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail, we use the small flat rate boxes that should fit in every mailbox. Signature confirmations are added at my discretion. Priority mail takes approximately 2-3 business days to arrive.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Arrival time varies greatly by country.

International Buyers Please Note-
You may be assessed Import Duties/VAT/ Customs fees, those fees are assessed by your Government and will be your responsibility to pay. We do mark the full value of the item on the customs paperwork.
What materials do you work in? What is Palladium White Gold?
We work in sterling silver, 14k rose gold, 14k yellow gold 14k Palladium white gold.

About Palladium White gold - Most of the white gold that you see in America has nickel as the alloy. 14k gold is about 56% pure gold, the rest is alloy. The Palladium white gold we use is nickel free. Palladium which comes from the platinum family of metals replaces the nickel in the alloy, making it hypoallergenic. Palladium white gold has a gorgeous gray color and we do not plate any of our metals.
What should I do if I don't know my ring size?
Unsure of your ring size? Please select the smallest size when checking out and I will send you a ring sizer in the mail after purchase to confirm your size. 
How can I clean my jewelry at home?
We include a polishing cloth with every order. For at home cleanings I recommend using a soft tooth brush and some warm soapy water. I recommend a mild and natural soap like a Dr. Bronners or a Mrs. Meyers. If your ring has stones you want to be sure to clean behind them as well to help them stay extra sparkly.
If you have a high shine silver ring that you want to stay as shiny as possible store it in an air tight container when not wearing it to avoid oxidization.
What is your processing time? How long will it take to make my order?
Made to order items take 4-6 weeks to make. If you need something sooner please contact me to see if we can accommodate you. Rush orders are non-refundable.
