Refund Policy

Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return and get it back in the mail to us. Returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Custom orders are NOT refundable.

Rush orders are NOT refundable.

Ready to ship pieces that have been sized or altered are NOT refundable.

Refunds will be processed MINUS a 10% restocking fee. Any other fees from credit card processing will be deducted as well as the restocking fee from your refund once the item is returned with all original packaging and in unused condition.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We highly recommend you insure the package and get a signature.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders and rush orders, ready to ship pieces that have been sized. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will be processed MINUS the credit card processing fees, Shopify payment rates and or Shop Pay Installment rates. The amount of fees for the order will come out of your refunded amount.

 Cancellation policy - Cancelled orders will be refunded MINUS the credit card processing fees, Shopify payment rates and or Shop Pay Installment rates and Paypal fees. Depending on where you are in the process and whether we have purchase materials for your order we reserve the right to charge a 5-10% restocking fee. 

. The amount of fees for the order will come out of your refunded amount. Orders for ready to ship pieces that have been sized for you or altered cannot be cancelled.
