We are a family owned and operated business based out of Portland Oregon that make engagement rings, earrings, pendants and unique fine jewelry. My Dad, Gary Swank, started his metalsmithing career at the age of 18 in 1973. He has had stores in Portland and the Oregon coast over the years and landed here in our permanent location in downtown Portland on Broadway in 2008. I, Chelsea, am his daughter and started learning the trade in 2010 and quickly fell in love. I have been here honing my skills ever since learning from my Dad and through exploration and experimentation. My brother Grayam Swank worked here as well for awhile and we had lots of fun learning from our Dad together. My Mom, Karen, now works here and does much of the outstanding metalwork that you see in our shop. We are truly a tiny business run by the Swank family. We are deeply in love with the process of making jewelry, being creative and standing out for exceptional craftsmanship. We are here to make unusual, strange, unique and esoteric jewels that are exceptionally special.
