We will cover and replace any lost side gems 3mm and under on all pieces. The warranty includes free gemstone checking, tightening and re-tipping if needed.
We do not cover loss or damage to the main stone but will replace side gems for free within 1 year of delivery date.

Materials -
We work in sterling silver, 14k rose gold, 14k yellow gold 14k Palladium white gold. All of our materials are nickel free and we do not plate anything.
Palladium White gold - Is a premium white gold that has Palladium which is from the Platinum family of metals as the alloy instead of nickel. It is nickel free, unplated and a gorgeous gray color with less maintenance than traditional plated nickel white gold.

Returns -
We do accept returns. The return window is 7 days from your delivery date so please contact us within that window to initiate the return. The item then needs to be on the way back to us within 7 days from the return approval.
Customized pieces and rush orders are non-refundable.
All returns must be sent back with the ring box and polishing cloth and anything else that was included in your order.
All pieces must be returned in their original condition and unworn. Return packages should be insured and require a signature to be safe.
Custom Orders -
We are generally able to swap out side stones and center stones to your preference. Please contact us for a quote.
We can make custom versions or variations of our current designs. Things such as a different shape center stone, larger or small center stone, etc.
We will not copy another artists work, please do not send reference photos from other shops.
- We are not able to work with customer provided gems. Please do not ask if we can make an exception for you, we cannot.
- We do not sell unfinished jewelry or semi mounts.
- We cannot alter our rings to fit with a ring you have from another vendor, sorry!

Every piece is shipped in a tan jewelry box with a Vegan leather top. We also include a polishing cloth with every order.

The serrated metal of gym equipment and free weights are the worst it is best to leave your jewelry at home when going to the gym doing yard work etc.
Gemstones vary in their hardness and durability. Softer gems require more care.

For at home cleanings I recommend using a soft tooth brush and some warm soapy water. I recommend a mild and natural soap like a Dr. Bronners or a Mrs. Meyers. If your ring has stones you want to be sure to clean behind them as well to help them stay extra sparkly.
If you have a high shine silver ring that you want to stay as shiny as possible store it in an air tight container when not wearing it to avoid oxidization.
