Selene was a Titan goddess in Greek mythology. She was the goddess of the moon, and is said to be the personification of the moon itself. She drives her moon chariot across the heavens every night.
Selene was linked to Artemis as well as Hecate; all three were considered lunar goddesses.
This ring has a trio of Chatham Alexandrite color change gems set in between a pair of crescent moons. You can choose to have your ring set with a 6.5mm Alexandrite (shown in photos) or a 7mm Alexandrite. The 6.5mm version have a combined weight of approx. 1.55 carats. The 7mm version would be closer to 2cts for the 3 Chatham Alexandrites. The crescent moons are set with 6 tiny diamonds and there is a halo of star and diamonds around the center stone and some additional diamonds on the band. The total diamond weight is approximately .23 carats.
The ring is 15mm's wide across the widest point at the top and the band is about 2mm's wide.
