Selene was a Titan goddess in Greek mythology. She was the goddess of the moon, and is said to be the personification of the moon itself. She drives her moon chariot across the heavens every night.
Selene was linked to Artemis as well as Hecate; all three were considered lunar goddesses.
This ring has a gorgeous natural champagne diamond set in between a pair of crescent moons. The center champagne diamond shown in the photos is diamond #1, it weighs 1.01 carats. The crescent moons are set with 6 tiny diamonds and there is a halo of star and diamonds around the center stone and some additional diamonds on the band and nestled into each moon. The total diamond weight is approximately .44 carats, they are VS clarity. Diamonds 2 & 3 can have black diamonds set in place of the white diamonds upon request. The champagne diamonds are SI clarity.
