We will cover and replace any lost side gems 3mm and under on all
pieces. The warranty includes free gemstone checking, tightening and
re-tipping if needed.

We do not cover loss or damage to the main stone but will replace side gems for free within 1 year of delivery date.

Warranty is void if worked on by another jeweler (ring sizing is ok)

We are not responsible for extreme damage or carelessness.

We do not cover any jewelry that is lost or stolen. Please contact your
home owners or renters insurance carrier for that coverage.

We ship via USPS Priority mail or USPS Priority Express mail.

We do accept returns. The return window is 7 days from your delivery
date so please contact us within that window to initiate the return. The
item then needs to be on the way back to us within 7 days from the
return approval.

Customized pieces and rush orders are non-refundable.

All returns must be sent back with the ring box and polishing cloth and anything else that was included in your order.

All pieces must be returned in their original condition and unworn.
Return packages should be insured and require a signature to be safe.

A little extra care can keep your rings looking and feeling their best.

Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach remove jewelry when showering, deep
cleaning, going in the hot tub, pool etc. to avoid buildup.

We have a lot of hardened metals in our world today that can scratch and
ding precious metals like silver & gold. Avoid things with metal
handles like garden tools. The serrated metal of gym equipment and free
weights are the worst it is best to leave your jewelry at home when
going to the gym doing yard work etc.

Gemstones vary in their hardness and durability. Softer gems require more care.

For at home cleanings I recommend using a soft tooth brush and some warm
soapy water. I recommend a mild and natural soap like a Dr. Bronners or
a Mrs. Meyers. If your ring has stones you want to be sure to clean
behind them as well to help them stay extra sparkly.

If you have a high shine silver ring that you want to stay as shiny as
possible store it in an air tight container when not wearing it to avoid
oxidization.
