I understand this is a made to order piece and will take 6-7 weeks to ship.

We will cover and replace any lost side gems 3mm and under on all
pieces. The warranty includes free gemstone checking, tightening and
re-tipping if needed.

We do not cover loss or damage to the main stone but will replace side gems for free within 1 year of delivery date.

Warranty is void if worked on by another jeweler (ring sizing is ok)

We are not responsible for extreme damage or carelessness.

We do not cover any jewelry that is lost or stolen. Please contact your
home owners or renters insurance carrier for that coverage.

We ship via USPS Priority mail or USPS Priority Express mail.

We do accept returns. The return window is 7 days from your delivery
date so please contact us within that window to initiate the return. The
item then needs to be on the way back to us within 7 days from the
return approval.

Customized pieces and rush orders are non-refundable.

All returns must be sent back with the ring box and polishing cloth and anything else that was included in your order.

All pieces must be returned in their original condition and unworn.
Return packages should be insured and require a signature to be safe.

A little extra care can keep your rings looking and feeling their best.

Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach remove jewelry when showering, deep
cleaning, going in the hot tub, pool etc. to avoid buildup.

We have a lot of hardened metals in our world today that can scratch and
ding precious metals like silver & gold. Avoid things with metal
handles like garden tools. The serrated metal of gym equipment and free
weights are the worst it is best to leave your jewelry at home when
going to the gym doing yard work etc.

Gemstones vary in their hardness and durability. Softer gems require more care.

Example of softer gems - pearls, moonstone, quartz.

Example of harder gems - sapphire and diamonds.

You can research the Mohs scale for more information.

For at home cleanings I recommend using a soft tooth brush and some warm
soapy water. I recommend a mild and natural soap like a Dr. Bronners or
a Mrs. Meyers. If your ring has stones you want to be sure to clean
behind them as well to help them stay extra sparkly.

If you have a high shine silver ring that you want to stay as shiny as
possible store it in an air tight container when not wearing it to avoid
oxidization.

The engagement ring in this 3 ring set is our Cosmos ring which has the triple moon symbol nestled into some golden stardust and bright sparkly diamonds. The center stone represents the full moon and is a 6mm or 6.5mm Chatham color change Alexandrite that weighs approximately 1.10 carats (6mm) or approximately 1.3 carats (6.5mm), the larger side stones are also Chatham color change Alexandrites with a combined weight of approx. .25 carats. The engagement ring is set with 8 additional natural white diamonds, they have a combined carat weight of approximately .12 carats, they are VS clarity. 
The bottom wedding band is chevron shaped and set with an additional 15 natural white diamonds, they have a combined approximate weight of .19 carats and they are also VS clarity.
The top wedding band is our Sunray ring that is set with an additional approx. .07 carats of VS natural white diamonds.

Your ring set can be set with black diamonds instead of the white upon request.

The ring set is shown here in 14k rose gold, we do not plate any of our metals and they are all nickel free. This ring set can also be made in 14k yellow gold or 14k Palladium white gold.

The engagement ring on its own is 14mm's wide across the widest point at the top and the band is about 2mm's wide.
When stacked the 3 ring set is approximately 22mm's wide across the top and each band is about 2mm's wide.
